Dear Teacher Cove Students, Welcome to our dynamic community of musicians. In our quest to ensure a smooth and rich learning experience, we have set forth a few essential policies:

ASSISTANCE AND QUERIES

Should you need any assistance or have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out through our contact page.

PHOTOGRAPHS, AUDIO, VIDEO, AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Be aware that Teacher Cove may occasionally capture photographs or video recordings of students during classes or shows for promotional purposes. All such material's copyrights belong to Teacher Cove and may be published across different media.

TEACHER ATTENDANCE

We take pride in having a faculty composed of accomplished, professionally performing musicians. Due to their performance commitments or other reasons, they may be unavailable at times. In such cases, the used credits will be reimbursed to the student.

CLASS CANCELLATION AND CREDIT REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for scheduled classes. If there are issues with purchasing credits or using credits due to platform/payment errors, students will be reimbursed with equivalent or additional credits (not cash refunds).

All purchased credits expire 6 months after purchase and any unused expired credits are automatically removed from the account balance.

TECHNICAL ISSUES AND LIABILITY

In the event of any technical glitches resulting in the loss of your profile or credits, Teacher Cove disclaims all liability. We shall not be held responsible for any such losses and no credits or other compensation will be returned.

NOTIFICATION POLICY

We send out important notifications regarding appointments, events, surveys, and exclusive promotions via email, which could be automated or sent directly by a person. You may receive up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply to any email to unsubscribe from these notifications.

DISMISSAL POLICY

Teacher Cove reserves the right to dismiss any student non-compliance with the school’s policies.

POLICY UPDATES AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time and without prior notice unless a material change occurs. In such cases, we will inform you via the email address you provided. Continued use of our services after any such changes implies your acceptance of and agreement to follow the updated policies.
